"I'm sorry for this opinion while we couldn't eat at home but the welcome was very surprised! we arrived at 2:00 in this "take" pizzeria, pizzas were still being prepared. We were kind of out there because the kitchen was closed, we looked very surprised, was it a joke? barely 2 p.m. and especially 2 people filling pizza, the kitchen wasn't going to close right away! "we're finishing the last orders, but we're not taking any more news, since the kitchen's gonna close." A big surprise, for a very touristic city, in a very touristic pedestrian street and for pizzas to take away (but they were not going to make a extension service!). And no, it was 2:00, we had to enjoy the magnificent citadel too long...Dear enzo the client is far from being king. So we landed in a restaurant 15 meters away that has the meaning of customer service."

that is the best pizza in sisteron, hands down. very close to the Italian pizza and made with local ingredients.

pizzas are excellent, the dough is fine and crispy, the filling is sufficient. I advise to order in advance especially on the weekend.

a little wait (3/4h because many orders, which suggested the quality of pizzas) to taste excellent pizzas in terrace (we had booked because there are few tables available). eggplant pizza, fresh tomatoes, pesto is delicious. very good reception. A good address!

We approached this little pizzeria with the scent of allegiance! The dough and fine and crispy and they are delicious! And desserts! everything is homemade, I discovered coconut rock house and the tiramisu has the super light cataigne..;)Breef we absolutely recommend this pizzeria! The bosses are cool and they get hurt

this is our 4th year coming here and every time we get for enzos. 2 huge pizzas (big enough to feed 4 and drinks for 4 for 35 euro. delicious food at a fantastic price. we say to the tables and saw the world go as we have waited (it is really worth it! . when they go to sisteron, they forget all the other posh looking pizzerias and go to Enzo’s they will not be disappointed. merci Ver carta

We found this litte bistro-pizzeria while walking around the city. Please don't let yourself be discouraged by the fast-food look of the bistro! I must admit that it was the BEST PIZZA we have ever eaten in France (and it was even better than many...pizzas in Italy !! The dough was super thin and crispy, the garnish was really tasty and rich (great mozzarella, pine nuts, pistou, dried ham, cherry tomatoes, arugula, parmezan cheese.. , the chef really knows what a perfect pizza is about!

This was my second visit to Chez Enzo's and I was so glad to see that it was still here 3 years on. The first time we ate outside the small but lovely restaurant, and this time we had pizza to take-away. It didn't let...my memory of it down (which is fortunate as I'd been hyping it up to friends who joined us in Sisteron this time) and we all loved the amazing thin-crust pizzas we had. It's amazing quality for the price, and I hope they're still here when I come to Sisteron again! Love you Enzo's!

"despite a friendly setting and the welcome smiling our disappointment was very large. In the entry we took "goat of the jabron on cucumber tagliatelle bed", the goat nogât was interesting but I doubt that it was home, accompanying it a horrible tartine of soft bread covered with a large layer of dicks totally devoid of taste, totally dispensable. on the goat, a slice of coppa and a slice of industrial raw ham. no interest either. we are still looking for cucumber tagliatelles that have certainly had to crawl out of the plate between the kitchen and our table. given the general rendering of the dish, they are understood. Then come the "lamb duo "label red sisteron", , market vegetables and the "duo de tartare de beef cut to the knife" and believe me that they pass the entrance for a starred chef meal so they are far from matching the description. The lamb is actually a burger, we are told once the order has been placed, where lambs rather good for the blow is wildly stuck between two toasts (industrials again) that succeed the exploit to be both burned and completely soft.
