The best restaurant we visited in Lyon! Our family of five went to dinner on the last night of our trip to Lyon.

We have dinner in the vaulted cellar, the room is very pleasant especially since it is air-conditioned. The welcome is charming and the smiling service. the card is well filled and offers several menus. all the dishes we ate, from the entrance to the dessert, are hearty and very good qualities. we had opted for the menu at 25€90 which offers local dishes as nationals with a good bottle of Beaujolais. The addition was not at all excessive and this restaurant does not resemble the tourist trap at all.

among all the corks of the old lyon it is often difficult to make a choice. at Grand-Mère a few steps from the tumult of St. John Street offers a moment of calm in a pretty vaulted cellar. This does not betray a traditional, well-managed kitchen (very good mice of lamb), made of good products (half saint marcelin full of flavors). the viognier pot is very well defended among all the viognier pots available in all lyon restaurants. service enjoined to the small care of its customers. a very good address where the reservation is necessary.
