excellent restaurant. servers really know what goes with which wine or wise champagne. exceptional food. exceptional service. Reserve early. Even for lunch. They seem complete all the time, and there is a reason for that.

the owner is a real phenomenon of courtesy, cheerfulness and choreography, I rarely met such a spectacular person, the restaurant's proposal is excellent in variety and quality, the prices are excellent, we really enjoyed it.

super host, great welcome, good food. My wife, my little girl and my dog recently came down to max for my birthday meal. We were greeted as old friends when we arrived, a table to welcome our dog and our daughter in a high chair. As my wife is pescetarian, there was a lot of choice in fish (she chose St. James shells), but vegetables and vegans may have to specify their needs in the restaurant. they were happy to describe the contents of the dishes to keep you straight. my husband and I visited max for dinner on Friday night on recommendation and it certainly did not disappointed. I called the day before to make our reservation and the person I spoke to on the phone spoke a perfect English so there was no problem there. ) and had a lot of time to digest the menu.
