Maybe you passed the restaurant without notice, it's small, unimpressive,rather plain. All this in contrast to the food they serve. Without doubt the best Japanese food I tasted outside Japan. hi I was told by a friend to fall from shun because of the high quality of the products and because I was on Japanese food and I was not disappointed. the restaurant offers a smaller menu as usual Japanese restaurant. in toulouse. however, it is worth quality is definitiw in their teller. the place for sashimi. the fish are simply amazing and because the cook knows exactly what he does, he manages to adapt the variety of fish on the basis of market availability. I can't estimate the name now, but I tried a new white fish for sashimi and it just melted in the mouth.
