"we had just arrived from an overnight flight from the usa and were on the way for a walk to find a place to have an early dinner before we went to bed. when we came by chianti, the idea of the Italian kitchen sounded so appetizing, we went. in! first we thought the restaurant could be closed as no one was at one of the tables. but someone prepared to eat in the kitchen saw us and quickly came out to help. he became our host, waiter and cook and it was all absolutely lovely! the menu was not in English, and our host did not speak English, but we could find out with his help enough to order our meals. presentation was perhaps a bit missing, but eating was really excellent! I had chicken stable in gorgonzola soße really great part and delicious. my man had the chefs special gnocchi, and it was even better than my huh! combine a great service with great food as they can begin our stay in how better. we hope to go back to chianti before we go and this time I also order the gnocchi!"

Da die Fasade nicht sehr berühmt aussieht übertraf alles die Erwartung. Wir waren 14 Personen und alles hat gut geklappt. Getrennte Tische, gutes Essen.

we were in this restaurant several times in a group of 2-5 people. the balkan-Italian food is always excellent. the owner serves himself, very friendly and well maintained. the ambiente is not very welcoming but not abused, eating and the service compensate it.

Die Einrichtung ist offensichtlich nicht mehr die neueste und es ist nicht das einladenste Lokal um drinnen zu Essen. Aber die Pizza ist richtig gut, perfekt gebacken und kam immer heiß bei mir an. Daher klare Empfehlung zum abholen und bestellen! Preis/Leistung ist hier echt Top!

Ich gehe oft hin. Die Pizza ist einfach der Hammer! Vor allem mit Knoblauch! Der ist über den Rand verteilt, was jeden Bissen zu einem Highlight werden lässt. Zum Mitnehmen sogar zum unglaublichen Preis von 5,50 Euro inkl. Pepsi. Die Pizza hält geschmacklich mit den prätentiõsen Stylo-Pizzerien mindestens mit. NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Immer wenn ich bock auf Pizza habe oder Besuch daheim ist, empfehle ich den Leuten dieses Restaurant. Pizza zum Abholen inklusive einem Getränk für unter 10 €, unschlagbar in Wien. Die Zutaten sind frisch und es wird höchstwahrscheinlich in einem Steinofen gebacken. So schmeckt es auch, immer wieder lecker. Lieber Wirt, freundliches Personal. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon um einiges älter. Doch der Schanigarten mit den preiswerten Getränke im Sommer lohnt sich gegenüber der Konkurrenz.

Ich war arbeitsmäßig in der Nähe und wollte eigentlich in einem anderen Restaurant speisen dieses war mir jedoch zu überfüllt. Also auf zum Chianti Schild. Drinnen angekommen etwas urig aber sauber. Ich war der einzige Gast (12:30) wollte jedoch nicht wieder gehen. Ich hatte eine Pizza die wirklich wirklich wirklich sehr gut war. Teig, Belag, etc schmeckten alle frisch und sehr gut. Der Wirt war auch sehr freundlich (ich denke er Betreibt den Laden alleine). Es gibt keinen Raucherbereich. Für die vorzügliche Pizza und einen weißen Spritzer habe ich nicht mal 8 Euro bezahlt. Wahnsinn! Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für das alte Mobiliar und die alte Speisekarte ahja und den Eingang übersieht man sch...
