Just ordered food from here during the awful storm, and wanted to say a massive respect towards the delivery driver, I felt bad that he drove to Seaton Sluice with nearly 75mph winds, he even apologised for being late which wasn't necessary at all, left him a tip for his troubles. Respect to him

The food at Chickpizz last night was incredible - we couldn't resist eating even when we were already full. I have been a customer of Chickpizz since they first opened, and although there was a period where the quality slipped, it was definitely back last night. I would give it a rating of 11/10.

I did not use this place in a dae, it used to be very nice, last night I bought a burger chips, the hühnerburger was dry and tasted as if it was cooked and heated 3 days ago! the chips were so tender and underboiled! wow, this place is serious on the hill, I will never return again, it was terrible.

To be completely honest, this restaurant has had its fair share of issues. However, I am not writing this review to dwell on those problems. I am writing it because they have acknowledged their issues and are actively working to resolve them, and in my opinion, they are doing a good job. The food quality has significantly improved, returning to the level I would expect. I was pleased with the meal I had tonight. Thank you for addressing and rectifying the issues.

My partner and I order from chick pizz very regularly. The portions sizes are wonderfully generous and they deliver fast. The food always to a high standard and I honestly can't gush more. In over a year of ordering we've never had a bad or late meal.Some personal favourites are the souther fried chicken wrap (with garlic sauce) and the chicken and pepperoni pizza.Selfishly, I'd love to see some gluten free options on their menu in the future amazing none the less.

Initially, I left a negative review because I placed an order but never received it. After speaking with the owner, he was incredibly helpful in addressing the situation. They have been experiencing difficulties with their new phone line setup, which has impacted their website ordering. However, they are working to resolve this issue by next week. The owner explained the situation thoroughly, offered me a full refund, and invited me to try again. I was impressed by the care and attention the owner and his team showed in resolving my experience. Their customer service was outstanding.
