"New to the costa del sol, barely open for 4 weeks, is another fusion restaurant, this time with Japanese and Mediterranean influences. Run by Brother and Sister duo of, Ali and Cip, who hale from Rumania, but have been in Spain over a decade. The...restaurant is a Bar/Lounge area with 10 small dining tables and half a dozen Two seaters and coffee tables. First impressions are that of minimalism with predominately Black and White décor. My first grumble was in locating the place, as the sign outside is unlit (see photo) and does not stand out at all. In the end we had to resort to some telephone guidance. So to obviate this see the VS below. The menu is grouped into all the Asian things you would expect to find, sushi and sashimi, Tempura, Noodle, Curries, then there are Salads, and Grills. We chose for starters, California sushi of Crab, avocado, cucumber and Tobiko (fish roe), and Prawn and vegetable Tempura. For our mains, a Beef Thai curry With rice, and skewers of Terriyaki chicken with a Sate sauce, all very traditionally Prepared by the Chinese chef. The meal was delicious, and copious. Matr’D ali goes to lengths to please her customers, even asking for ways to improve the dining experience that they have had, apropos that: Illuminate the Sign, halve the size of the Tempura pieces, and get some Hashi (Chopstick rests) This was another one of Richard Codd’s CoolDeals, and a nice one at that! The VS: To find Chill Sea Lounge exit the N340 at Diana, (which is the next exit after the Benhavise turn off), at the end of the slip road, where it all happens, Chill Sea is immediately on the right under the Chinese Restaurant. Great sushi and noodles and nice glass of rosy wine. Says it opens and 3pm, but wasn't open until 4 some days. Good food, good service. Need to sit outside as but warm inside.

Servicio fantástico con 2-4-1 en cócteles de calidad no pueden ir mal, por lo que si hay que comer antes de una noche o una mordida, esto es diferente para beber y socializar el lugar. ali es la anfitriona que sabe cuidar de su invitado.

Visitamos Chill Sea dos veces durante Navidad (4 veces en los últimos 3 meses) y probamos sushi y fideos en ambos lugares. Todo lo que puedo decir es que el servicio de Alina fue excelente, y la comida estuvo brillante. ¡Volveremos en febrero! Andrew y Steph, Inglaterra.

First visited in April and we are back in Spain again in May and certainly plan to return. Small but don't be put off by the surrounding shops. Great friendly service from the sister and brother team. We know Alina from a previous place she...worked so we are confident that she will make this succeed. It deserves to!

He comido los mejores fideos de pollo picantes de la historia! en una fría noche de invierno en España, el calor del personal junto con la atmósfera y por supuesto estos increíbles fideos que quiero en cada noche después del trabajo, definitivamente son asequibles. El vino tinto es hermoso, los fideos y el servicio son aceptables. ¡Tienes que probarlo!

extraordinario. hermosos, cortés dueños y una comida completamente fresca en el país: habíamos tenido cinco días de la típica flor con patatas fritas o mariscos o ensalada y este lugar noqueó el calcetín. Bienvenido a la casa y cocinero, los... alimentos frescos, tentadores hechos al orden, excelente elección y diseño de precios y espíritu generoso. irían o conducirían más allá ya que sólo disfruta de una tienda delgada frente, pero no será engañado y asegurarse de que se detengan, este escaso éxito!

In the small somewhat run down Diana shops is a new restaurant. It is a mix of Sushi and meat and fish with noodles or rice, and satay sticks. The place is clean and bright with a helpful young staff. The food was very good...and tasty. The wine was good and at only 13.90 a bottle quite reasonable. The only problem is will it survive long enough for the locals to give it a try ? Only time will tell. I will go back as the Thai curry for my main course was very tasty indeed. So come on residents of the Diana area give this place a chance of survival and pop in one night for a nice meal.
