Chillis - Carta

Nice bar with typical Mexican food. Very nice staff, however food could be better. Some dishes are very delicious, others seem to have just been warmed up in the microwave. Prices are fine.

When it comes to Mexican, Chillis is where we go. I simply love the Burritos, Tacos and you name it. The presentation style is appreciated and also the taste lingers on your tongue until the next morning.One of the best things that Chillis does effectively is the Coctails and also the presentation of the same.

As the name suggest this is a mexican styled restaurant that serves tex-mex-food. Outdoor seating is nice in summer. Indoor seating lacks some ambience. Service is OK. The menu is quite ample and has many standard choices (burritos, fajitas, tacos, etc.). Prices are mid-range. Overall not a very special place but OK to go for a quick lunch / dinner. Ver carta

Nice area and especially the sort of biergarten they have outside underneath the trees. Apart from that, service was extremely slow - we've even been told not to go and pay at the desk but rather waiting at our table, which we did for another 20 minutes- though nice and charming. Food was well below average. Next time I'll buy a ticket for Mexico City.

I visited with 2 young children at 7pm. Very child friendly place, drinks came quickly and food with no long delay. Children were served first, which is always better. Service excellent, the server spoke English. The adult food was better than expected, not mouth destroying spicy, but full of flavour and plenty of it. We would definitely go back again when visiting this area.

Best part of Chillis is its convenient location right in the corner of Burgstaller square putting up an inviting gaze to hungry and thirsty travelers. They have outdoor sitting as well. We ordered Weiss beer ( lots of it ) with mexican starters - tacos and nachos. Food is good and served with love...by the lovely lass who happened to be our waitress. Good restaurant, great food but not the typical American variety, the menu offers burgers and other stuff. They feature the Sol Mexican beer brand and German beer too. Ambience is Ok, especially if you can sit outside. Prices are fair, and the attention was great, I was actually surprised when the waiter asked to lower his tip to 10% because it was too high (you don't get that in the US). By the way don't try to practice your Spanish with the waiters they are not Mexican.

If you happen to pass by this small and kinda dead village, Chillis is one of the few choices you have.The place is massive and it was pretty full when I got there. A nice friendly waitress told me where to sit and offer me the menu. She spoke good English; in fact I was able to hear lots of Brits dinners when I went there. The Margarita was kind of watery and way too sweet, I like my margarita much more dry and salted. Went to Chilli's, having been a regular at the namesake with just one "L", and expectations were for a similar chain restaurant experience, which are not the highest. This expectation was not met.The location is nice, inside an older building with a spacious floor plan. Outside it has a large porch and lots of space for outside seating, which I expect to be very nice in the summer but visiting in November obviously was not usable. The restaurant also has a customer parking lot on the premises, which is quite convenient. Service was good and speedy.
