"This is the less expensive version of a restaurant with a very similar name. While less expensive, nothing is lost in terms of the quality of the food, the service, or the ambiance (both restaurants have adjacent outdoor seating in a quaint pedestrian street in...the Ghetto). All were excellent. Alexander was the lead waiter, and he was delightful and efficient. His wine recommendations were particularly welcome. A stunningly good value proposition!! We returned for dinner two consecutive nights."

very often we were guests in the chimera at the first visit we were absolutely surprised by the quality, professional and fast service and the environment. we're coming back!

the hotel is located in a small street in the heart of the trieste, directly at the main square. in contrast to his neighbour chimera di bacco, with which he shares the owner and the kitchen, this is an informal place and has lower prices. service is friendly and professional....Dishes have fresh ingredients and are well presented. good wine list and good selection of wines on glass.
