I had a really disappointing experience with the beef chow mein. If that was real beef, I wouldn't want to see the cow it came from. The dish was greasy and inedible. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. Service: Takeout.

Dining here is definitely my top recommendation. The portions are generous, and the delivery service is on point, with reasonable delivery fees and friendly staff. I feel like I’m getting great value for my money. Highly recommended!

Everything I have ordered and eaten from China chef, has been delicious and prepared to a very high standard. Have recommended this takeaway to friends and family. Delivery is usually within an hour but does depend on how busy they are. All delivered food is always hot and delicious.

I visited Shildon to see my family and my brother-in-law, who claimed it was the best Chinese food he had ever tasted. I love Kung Pao chicken, and I must say, it was excellent! The meal we shared among four people, with various dishes, was very impressive. We even enjoyed complimentary prawn crackers and spring rolls. For about £20, it was a fantastic deal. I just wish I could find a place like that closer to home, but it’ll definitely be on my list for my next visit. I've been thinking about that Kung Pao chicken for two days now!
