eating is excellent, including a genuine spicy level. the atmosphere was not so good, too many loud children. the price level is more on the expensive side and they have made our reservation twice. still I recommend it for the deliciousness

This is a lovely place great food and great concept with the many different dishes. The staff was also okay and nice. The location is special, in the sent that the park/area seems kinda remote and abandon (can be because we arrived on a...dark and rainy October night).

We went for lunch and it’s great, if you don’t like spending too long looking at the menu. You get 2 choices: 1) vegetarian 2) with meat Both were quite spicy (for someone who can’t handle spice), but the service was quick, which is good...if you’re strapped for time and it wasn’t too expensive either.

Perhaps coming from Australia and having traveled in China, my expectations are high I thought the food was good for Leipzig standards, but for global then very average and very pricey. I had the pork belly, rice a salad and tea Euro 36....The service was okay friendly and helpful, but at that price could have been better.

Chinabrenner is definitely one of the most expensive Chinese restaurants you can find in Leipzig. You'll never get out spending less than 30 euros per person. But that is also because it is very good and you'll want to try everything, and place is incredibly...nice. Always busy but incredibly colorful. And it is one of the nicest corners of the all city, if not the nicest at all.

we wanted to visit and eat the opposite. we have looked at this restaurant and on the basis of the good reviews we visited there. how dissatisfied we were all! the veg alternative was a bowling seller with a few cashewnuts. the pork had 2 pieces of meat with the celery and for 7:50! that's perhaps the worst restaurant I've ever been. all accompanied with employees who forgot the order and then was rude. don't go there!

My first meal in Leipzig. I have tried Szechuan food in a number of countries. I would say Chinabrenner is one of the best Szechuan restaurants outside China! The food was exceptionally delicious, not oily , not too spicy. Ingredients used are very fresh....The use of spices and seasonings were well balanced! The staff were attentive and friendly, they even booked taxi for us. All these have given me very positive first impression of Leipzig.

when we drove here, we could not find this restaurant because it is hidden in the courtyard of a former lead foundry.
