"my wife and I ate in this restaurant too night. let me first say that I thought it was overpriced for American relations based on what they get. the photos make the impression that the buffet is very large and has a large selection. not true ... according to American standards. there is a Tappanyaki grill as announced. I brought a few rohe garnel and fried rice to the man so he cooked it, he told me he couldn't do it because it would burn. I asked the man if he knew how to cook fried rice with garnel, and although the rice was cooked before, he could not just put the rice on the grill after the garnels were cooked, and just heat it for thirty seconds to a minute on the grill? the manager came by and told me the same thing that rice would burn. I asked the manager if he had ever been in st. louis, missouri in the usa. I asked because st. louis has the best Chinese food on the planet... they don't ask me why, but they do. the service was in order, but for the price of euro I found it high. that costs euro and I would probably have made a better assessment at this price, as this seems more appropriate for what they get. also cost drinks extra. about euro for softdrinks. we have paid euro for green tea each. no refilling of drinks. I eat in many Chinese restaurants and buffets in the usa. this restaurant is in my opinion below average and I have not taken care of the food or the choice during dinner. also here this is perhaps a better place for lunch than for dinner, but I did not eat there at lunchtime. the restaurant is located in the second floor, but there is a lift and a staircase in the load inside the shopping center where the restaurant is located"

Zeer goede Chinees, met een ongekend groot assortiment. Goede service en de prijzen zijn zeer redelijk. We hebben nog nooit een assortiment van dergelijke omvang bij een Chinees gezien.

if they like very good fresh Chinese food, then this is the perfect place. very good and cheap euro to lunch or euro to dinner. they can drive to the end with the tram from basel. you can also drive by car....Free parking there

we were there twice in the middle of the day and twice we have eaten well for the price. it is not worth asking the same for dinner or at the weekend. the first time everything was fresh and delicious and we were very satisfied. . . the second time the chicken (various sorts tried) was very dry and everything felt less fresh

I never expect much when I go to places like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously, they do not get first class Chinese/Asian food here, but they get a good selection of decent dresses that make the trick when they are looking for a cheap lunch. some of the dishes were quite salty, but not too much. there are sushi too, but they don't expect much. if they have lust on salad, there is also a small buffet. the prices are very decent for lunch (all you can eat) but the dinner is more expensive. in large and whole, this is a good place to go there, and it is just a short distance from Switzerland (if you want to escape their crazy trips there. .

I usually avoid Asian buffets like the plague, but was close when the hunger sluged. it was a pleasant surprise. very large buffet with offered that make almost everyone happy. the usual offer, but well prepared for buffet standards, as well as a large selection of raw meat and seafood, which they can combine with a large selection of vegetables and prepare on the grill. all servier pans on the buffet are regularly filled, so no lack. some Nori-Maki offers and an iced. the place is filled out of good ground during lunch. they have a small bar and my favourite drink at the midday, yeast of the barrel when they are in the opposite, try it out. they can also buy a small karton to take away from...

I have been here several times for lunch and was thrilled by the experience. compared to the other Chinese restaurants I visited in this opposite, they have the best staff that is always friendly and accommodating. the midday buffet is not so huge, but it is sufficient. I live in basel, so this restaurant is conveniently located at the end of the tram. I visit them regularly for weekly shopping to avoid the great crowd in the market purchase zone (by the way I must mention that the Chinese restaurant has a bad service in and outside of market purchase, too full and unfriendly staff.) Therefore I recommend this basler peeps, which are looking for a fast hunger solution while visiting Germany....

in comparison to some “All you can eat” buffets in france, eating on the buffet may be somewhat above average. but the service and the teppanyaki make the difference. they are very accommodating, helpful and explain everything they need to know. they also serve the drinks quickly and are always there for a little talk if they want. We were already here for lunch, it was good. for dinner they offer a range of different meat specialties that they can taste. we had hai, wal and crocodile. this part of the buffet serves to collect what they want, and to hand it to the chef who grills it on the iron plate (teppanyaki). they offered various types of meat, as just written, sweet, crimson, noodles a...

"Cheval Blanc is the ultimate classic French fine dining experience in Switzerland. We came here to celebrate my birthday while in Switzerland looking for a 3 Michelin stars experience. Located in the historical Grand Hotel Les Trois Rios. The riverside setting is charming and romantic. You start by a welcome drink at the terrace looking at the Rhine greeted by suited , polite and professional staff. The head chef Peter Knogl came to say hi before we moved to the main dining room and service started. The decor and interior is classy retro French with high ceilings, arches, classic chandeliers, large windows and round tables with candles. Ambience is warm and intimate. Service was top notch and impeccable. Staff were all knowledgeable with refreshing attention to details. Cuisine was modern french with Mediterranean influences, flavors were complex and dynamic. Ingredients were chosen carefully and courses were presented beautifully. I liked all of my courses, highlights of the menu were the Sardine Macaron, Langoustine curry, Red Mullet filet and the French saddle of lamb with mediterranean flavors. Wine pairing was excellent and enhanced every course taste and flavor. Sommelier was very professional and knowledgeable yet intimidating a bit. The French Cheese selections from Maître Antony in Ferrette was aromatic, rich and satisfying, Maître Antony is one of the best in the world that many Michelin starred Chefs get their fine cheeses selection from. The night ended well with a couple of delightful desserts courses, few delectable bites and some velvety chocolate. Overall, we had an elevated fine dining experience that will bring me back if in Basel again."
