Nice experience. Food quality is excellent. The service is attentive and professional. There are set menu options for two or four people or you can create your own set from individual orders.

The restaurant was lacking in character and the food was average at best. The small plates and attempt at fine dining fell short. The service was disorganized, with starters coming after the main course.

Had our Team dinner at this place. Being a vegetarian, I was sceptical if I would get some good food but was pleasantly surprised with the options. Was provided with many options with excellent service. The desert at the end was also good. Also, heard from colleagues the wine was good unlike their experience at other restaurants.

My meat-eating family members rave about the Peking duck at this restaurant. However, the other dishes we tried were only average and lacked the authentic flavors we were hoping for. The portions on the veggie set menu were quite small and just okay. We were left feeling hungry until dessert, which surprisingly had larger portions. Unfortunately, one of the dessert options we wanted was unavailable because it needed to defrost. The food presentations were impressive and the service was excellent. However, our bill came to £320 for 4 adults and 2 toddlers, with only water and tea as beverages - no alcohol. In my opinion, the prices are too high for what you get.

The Chinese Cricket Club is a decent dim sum restaurant located inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The restaurant has classy decor and is quite spacious. Despite its name, there is no association with sports. During our visit on a Saturday afternoon, we noticed that all the customers were Chinese and spoke Cantonese, which indicated good quality Chinese food. The lunch menu offers the option to choose any 3 dim sum for approximately £20. The taste of the dim sum was satisfactory, though not 100% authentic, they were presented nicely.
