"Imagine you step through a time-tunnel back to the early 1980’s, now imagine you’ve appeared in front of a Chinese restaurant that everyone thinks is modern and ‘with it’. Now imagine the various bumps, humps and steps between the car park and the door is really quite the challenge, like the obstacle course on ‘The Krypton Factor’, it’s like the owners want you to face-plant onto concrete at least once on the way to their door. You step inside, over a little bridge with a pond underneath filled with carp, no really, this isn’t a knowing, post-modern pastiche, it’s real. The ridiculously over the top brandy bottle selection in front of you is only matched by the giant, on-display, 80’s era work PC near the toilets. Then the best bit, the rest of the place genuinely looks like the set of an 80’s Jackie Chan film, it’s like a 12 year old’s Pinterest mood board of every Chinese themed film ever. You’ll expect the chairs are made of balsa wood so they can be easily broken across the back of a moustachioed extra in a karate outfit, knocking a tray of drinks from the hands of a confused looking waiter -you’re on the set of a martial arts film! The food is fine."

Just passing through. What a little gem. Excellent service. Great food. No delay, back on my journey without any hassle. 2 or 3 minutes in off the M56. Beats stopping at Gregg's or KFC or any of the motorway services for that matter

Have had take out many many times but this time had a sit down meal, the quality is amazing, dishes come out a little staggered, but the place was packed. Still a 5 star visit. Will go again : Thursdays seem the best for take out... Not sure why ! Ver carta

we went there to my birthday dinner, it was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was really busy giving the place a really pleasant atmosphere. eating was absolutely delicious, the best Chinese meal we had in a very long time. the staff was helpful, friendly and very efficient overall, I would recommend this restaurant to all.

We were celebrating a special occasion for lunch from the main menu rather than the Business Lunch special. The food came in generous proportions and full of great flavours. There was enough variety for 5yr old to eat well and when she became unsettled it was great to watch the Koi. Prices range from lunch 3 course meal for £13 to a full banquet great for a special occasion. Service is friendly, very accommodating and attentive.
