"Booking is advisable because of central location (parking can be a problem). Delightful ambiance and good food. Did not experience the bad service referred to in other reviews. Our waiter was courteous, friendly and efficient. For the location the price was acceptable. Sitting on cushions with your feet in the well under the table is comfortable, as long as you stay sitting down until you leave. Otherwise choose a conventional table! Will return."

Regular visitor to the chookdee whenever I am in Wiesbaden. Food is quick and tasty. Yes it can be a little crammed but its a busy atmosphere. Never had a problem with service and reasonable priced

I returned to this restaurant after two years and the food and ambience were as great as last time!We had delicious Tom Yam soup, great crispy and tender duck with veggies, perfect calamari with vegetables and gravy, that comes with lots of good boiled rice... and a superb stick rice with mango for dessert. Their staff has to be trained more to listen and pay attention to who ordered what and to give the right food to the right person once it is ready. This should be taken seriously. This could be fatal for people with allergies. Pad Thai noodles cost 19 Euros per plate but the serving was too small. The atmosphere, ambience is great, but the non-attention to customers was just really off-putting.

the restaurant is around for 25 years and didnt lost 1 % of the quality.... a very elegant and high prices thai restaurant ....with 20 euro for main courses...but all the dishes are perfectly done by real thai chefs and the duck is just absolutly sensational..... at some tables you need to take your shoes off ....and the service is average .... but this kind of thai food you never get in vancouver
