we had chosen the 7-stop menu at sea and we were allowed to guide through the water. the choice of dishes is always light and wise in the spirit of the different dishes and the room. We found Mediterranean but also Japanese and even oceanic flavours this evening which made us pleasantly surprised because it is rarely tried and successful in europe.
