"Went in this restaurant to escape the cold winds of the harbour. Was given a menu that was all German despite our server knowing we were tourists. The chef was stood behind the counter pretty much the entire time staring at us, we were the...only people in that side of the restaurant and all the workers there were men. The atmosphere was horrific and I've never felt more intimidated in a restaurant in my life. We ordered the carbonara which was average. The chef continued to stand and watch us eat throughout until another customer came in and I presume he had to work. I thought the server was the saving grace of the restaurant until it came to paying and he invaded our personal space until we took the money out which he then put in the till and didn't offer us any change. I was genuinely scared to confront him so we pretty much ran out the door."

Went there for an early dinner. Service was friendly and very prompt. Food was typical for any Italian restaurant in Germany: wholesome and tasty.

It was degrees, we ordered beer and for snacks we would like to order one sliced pizza and.... because we haven't ordered more food, we were thrown out..

really great and comprehensive lunch menu along the week with low trips and generous portions and right in the middle of the Portuguese quarter. I was there twice before this, and there will certainly be a fourth.

Our experience in this restaurant was awful. We were waiting over a for our main dishes and the quality was really bad. My mixed salad was not properly washed I found a lot of sand/dirt and two little flies in it. The pasta was...overloaded with cheap olive-oil and had no taste. The waiter ignored our complains. We paid a lot for terrible food. Avoid this restaurant!

I went with my family to Hamburg to spend the day. Everything was perfect but this restaurant. It was winter, but the owner didnt want to close the door because they also have tables on the terrace, so inside of the restaurant was really close...and we had to have lunch with our coats. I had to wait minutes til they bring the bill and they didnt even say thank you or have a good day A place to never go back.

Me and my boyfriend went there this Easter weekend. I had a pizza (Miss Italia) and my boyfriend got carbonara. The place was packed with people but they found a little table for us and we didn't have to wait long for the food. Our...waiter was a man in his sixties, nice guy, didn't speak much English and they had no menu's in English, but you are never really lost in an Italian restaurant when they have the names of the course in Italian, every real fan of Italian food will get by Food was extremely good and more then enough for us, including a complimentary breadbasket with some allioli.
