"Even today we still cannot understand a historic restaurant like this, how it is possible to eat worse than a hospital. We ordered a Catalan lobster, laughable, a lobster head accompanied by two small claws, and not a whole lobster, with a 1 kg of salad under €53, not out of malice I can pay even €100 for a Catalan but put me a whole lobster or half a lobster with a little salad. forgettable spaghetti with clams, boiled spaghetti with clams, without parsley, without garlic, nothing, we had it made again, and it arrived the same as before, sent back. We took a chocolate profiterole, sorry dry and prefabricated. Lots of waiters but without organisation, sharing with each other but without attention to the customer. I'm sorry we've eaten here many times, but this time it was a real disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"

Overrated place. Waiter who didn't know how to do his job and made us customers uncomfortable. In practice we order and he doesn't write down anything of what we ordered!!! we will come back again. I’ll recommend reserving a few hours before on busy days. Very open and luminous restaurant with a nice view on the sea, the service was great and the ambiance was really nice with live music. The seafood was delicious and felt extremely fresh, the prices are a consequence of the whole experience . Will overall recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Dolce, Antipasti

Sorry, the service and food are definitely not that wauw/top as we saw in some other reviews or the fact that a famous Napoli football player would come over to this restaurant. Staff can be more active during service (and know better English), but more importantly the food is substandard. The most expensive dish one the menu: a lobster or €150/kg and this was not a lobster but a squat lobster/langostino. As dessert I had lemon sorbet this was by far not a sorbet, but rather a cake with some lemon sugar coating on top of it. Never again for us. Parking: Watch out for the men who try to get your money, so to speak to pay them as parking guards Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per pers...

"Rustic and delicious food served with a smile in a buzzy local atmosphere. We discovered this spot at the back of the municipal market and we knew we were on to a winner. Despite my awful Italian, the lady of the house greeted us with a smile and told us the English were welcome. She pointed out to me that we should order from Enzo at the counter and then we sat down to one of the most memorable meals during our stay in Naples. There wasn't a menu, no waiters were fussing over us and no pretence was made. Locals came in calling hellos to their friends and to the staff behind the counter. We couldn't quite understand but they seemed to be asking for what they fancied or what was fresh. For our daughter a pasta baked in tomato sauce topped with a smoked cheese that was delicious. For us a baked fish and the braised octopus accompanied with a couple of vegetables. The food was banging and we washed it down with lashings of cold red wine from an unmarked bottle. This is a proper Italian cantina, serving fresh local produce covered in lashings of olive oil. It was a challenge even as experienced food tourists to understand what was going on but it was a brilliant experience. Thank you so much to the team here for the kind welcome and patience. A meal we remember with fondness for years to come. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to our 5 year old daughter who loved the experience. They served her half portions and went out of their way to make her feel welcome."
