A very big positive surprise because I assumed that the differences between pinsa and pizza were not great. Very recommend the Pinsa and the shop.

A slightly different and very delicious pizza. Delicious dessert. Small and cozy. The service was super friendly and accommodating. Good place to eat.

Direte che è na bufala? No, voglio dire che la mozzarella di bufala la fanno proprio loro a Francoforte o perlomeno ci provano ! . Nel senso che è lodevole la fantasia e la determinazione di questi ragazzi ma la bufala campana è un'altra cosa! Pinza eccezionale con pasta lievitata perfettamente. Servizio e locale non all'altezza del costo. Da provare.

Unbelievable, but true: there is a pizzeria in the heart of Darmstadt that puts everything else in the shadow. The Pizzaiolo Sergio consists of fresh ingredients, only from Bella Italia, pizzas that let everything else be forgotten. These pizzas even taste better than anything else that Darmstadt has to offer. The salads are fresh, the Burrata is a dream. Who would have thought that? Bonissimo!!!

The dough was thin, crispy outside, soft inside and as we like it. Also the Arancini, frozen rice balls with cheese and spinach, was good.
