I and my boyfriend planned to fly the visit to the monster park and I think that as everyone did a search for a bomarzo restaurant itself. Piccolo Mondo is in the new section of Bomarzo. We went to the old section and couldn’t find anywhere to eat. We asked the locals and they sent us to Piccolo Mondo telling us they had very good food and they were right! First of all when we arrived we found a lovely garden. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to eating outside. We went in and were greeted by the waiter (owner? who was very friendly. We stopped in Bomarzo to visit the Park of the Monsters, or “Parco dei Mostri.” When it was time for lunch, after consulting with the locals, our driver suggested Piccolo Mondo, a family-run ristorante. Great suggestion. It was a beautiful day so we opted for the patio. The setting was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the gardens. The restaurant was busy but not crowded. The menu was varied with plenty of home-grown items. We ordered salads and pastas and simple table wines and everything was delicious.
