"For many years, we have been in Parisian coffee, I usually put 5 stars, it was one of our favorite restaurants. yesterday great disappointment, especially at the level of service we have experienced in other times, dynamic, commercial and reactive. there we had the feeling of having to deal with two people who don't know the world of restoration and how to take care of their clients properly (I mean normally). After a slight change of order, one of the guests chose her dish, a few moments later, the waitress brought her dish by telling us that we would just have to wait 5 minutes for the other 4 dishes. So we agree. Finally, the dish was cold and after 15 minutes the rest of the table had still not been served. unacceptable, we came to dinner early, 7:30, so we can't say that it was precipitation on the customer side. a first failure and we returned the dish asking to be served at the same time and especially with hot dishes. our young waitress seemed a little overwhelmed by the events, although very nice and we had addressed to the second waitress, perhaps the manager, for this failure. She came back to bring the dish, saying that there were less toppings (why and that despite all, they would not charge a supplement .. why? for a cold dish, barely touched. a dreamer on the restaurant's business approach. Of course, we did not at all appreciate this inappropriate remark and we asked to serve without comment given the situation, and in front of its clumsy insistence to try to argue, put an end to this exchange to be able (to eat warmly and quietly. short an unpleasant feeling, never felt in this restaurant. a report also an error on an entry, normal nachos served instead of deluxe nachos ordered that were more expensive, but still billed at the price of the order (we had to request a correction of the note. short that failures, no commercial gesture of course, for example the person who had taken the cold dish ordered a coffee that could have been offered to him as a commercial gesture. we can talk about inexperience or misaddress of the staff but it is not acceptable, especially that the price of this restaurant is always very high. and therefore the service really not at the height of this price. 3 stars, even for the kitchen itself, thanks to the cookers who love us for years!"
