"if they want a good time, they will not go there! racism, theft and disrespect are essential. at the weekend in düsseldorf we had reserved a table for 14 people two weeks before in this rather well-known local. in the first attempt to make a reservation in correct German, but with French accents, the waiter set up and called "not possible." a second call in safer German allowed us the reservation ... in an empty restaurant. a table with 10 instead of 14 people expected us. So we kindly asked the waiter to add the missing cutlery and teller. no apologies from the waiter who assures us that we have booked for 10 ... we had clearly the impression of being bored and overwhelmed when the restaurant was still empty insult us in German. Some of us who do not speak German preferred to speak English, French / German. others showed the desired dishes on the cards. in short, everything that is more normal when you are tourist and try to communicate as well as possible. this practice has apparently not fallen to our host who has insulted us more beautifully. to the happiness, eating was pretty good. at the time of payment, we decided not to give any drinking money to this abominable racist and dishonest character. the purpose of this drinking money is to show someone that they appreciate the quality of his service and his help. the service was more than catastrophic and malicious. in Germany, the drinking money is not obligatory, since the price includes legal taxes and drinking money. the waiter decided differently and literally gave us a drink by not giving us any change. this gesture has a name, namely theft! this practice is scandalous and I will not refuse to denounce it on many reviews pages on which this restaurant is listed. a last advice to these terrible people who hopes that he reads me: they should check the basis of their profession, smile, friendliness and sympathy cost nothing, but can bring them a lot! they also consider to strike some history books to learn that hates has never led too much to others! and finally, look at you, it is never too late to say no!"
