When you enter it's a bit confusing, but the staff will explain everything, they're really great! The food is delicious

Very nice. You get the choice to pick up the base you would like to begin with. Usually (yes my office is at the corner), I took quinoa base and then you choose what you want to build your salad! Bonus point: there’s a discount...with my company name Ver carta

My husband and I chose to eat here after reading the reviews. Upon arriving it seemed they were out of a variety of items to choose from, could not purchase a bag of chips for some reason, the bathroom was not working and the salad greens were not fresh. We were looking forward to a healthy vegetarian lunch and were disappointed.

We stopped by at compose while on our way to the musse de orsay which is just around the corner this place offer great variety of organic food had n the best part is you get to choose your ingredients we had pasta n rice both were delicious n sumptuous and the portions are of good quantity definitely recconrmded if your around this area

Fancying a change from the tourist traps offering low quality "traditional French food". We found this great pizza/deli place a minute or so as from Musee d'Orsay.It offers a wide selection of options where you can choose several toppings of fresh meats and vegetables to go on salads, pizzas, sandwiches or pasta. It's not much to look at and is actually a little awkwardly quiet but the food is incredibly fresh, the staff we're really friendly and the pasta I had was out of this world. I guess the best way to describe it in basic terms would be a very upscale subway where you get to ask for ingredients on your pasta, pizza or sandwich that you pick from behind a bar. The difference between this and Subway is that the food is all fresh and it's delicious. Great for a quick bite before or after the museum

This little restaurant is a breath of fresh air. It might be near a major tourist attraction, but its clean-feeling food and nice, quiet ambiance are just what you need to fuel you up before or after you head in to the museum. We got a tuna wrap, which was simple but very satisfying, and there are so many other good options that we had quite a difficult time choosing. If you want to make a salad you can pick a base (such as lettuce, pasta, tabbouleh, etc) and then choose the other ingredients to add (hence the name "compose", I assume) and they all looked amazing. I would definitely go back.
