"For July 14, we decided to “Cremerie Exchange” and try a new restaurant in Cancale and it was without regret! First of all, when I was booked, I was offered. An unexpected terrace table because this new terrace is very close to the sea and high tide offers a magnificent view of the bay. In addition, the restaurant is located at the entrance of the port of Cancale and although it is also near the road, it is much quieter than those that are located near the lighthouse where there is a lot of car and pedestrian crossing with restaurants formula faster style. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by Antonin who had taken my reservation and then by Aurore the new owner. After placing our order, the appetizers arrived from the small sofas and the entire suite of the meal was irreproachable. Very tasted and very well presented dishes, a pleasure in the plate and to be enjoyed. Antonin was very attentive and attentive, the quality of his service was impeccable and his years of experience in high-level restoration can be recognized. I would like to thank the whole team for this fabulous lunch and wish them a great season and all the successes in this new establishment and hope to see them again very soon when I come back to Cancale."

We spent a remarkable evening in this establishment. The reception and service are warm and pleasant. A special thank you for hosting our baby. The setting is splendid with sea view and on Cancale (the Mont Saint Michel in the distance is guessed). The dishes are very good and well presented, we even had amuse-bouche and mignardises!
