Fantastic foods. Even the kids really enjoyed the dishes which was a a wonderful surprise

Waited 35 mins for table. Then asked to move to accommodate a large group (which did not eventually materialise). Left restaurant after starters. Ver carta

Great food and service but I wasn’t made aware that there is a service charge. I unknowingly added a 10% tip on top of the 15% service charge making my total tip 25%. So for that i didn’t feel it was worth what I ended up paying.

We placed an order for appetizers and entrees, although the food was delicious. The waiter brought out all the food at once. By the time we started eating the entree, it was cold. When the check came, there was a 15% service charge included and the waiter kept pushing for a larger tip. Absolutely disgusting !!

Good food empanadas, ceviche, skewers and spicy beef were highlights. very cool interiors and bar downstairs. Were placed at a table near the toilets and couldn’t see the live music so that was disappointing. Were rushed to vacate table after a 2 hr slot but they found us a table in the bar to finish our desserts. Ver carta

The vibe here is nineties noughties retro, love it! Food is always good and this time a new twist with a welcome party and canapés with bottomless champagne. After about 45minutes we were shown to our table and the music and live entertainment carried on along with the champagne and food being served. This is a great way to spend a Saturday brunch (12-4pm).

The food is good but not exceptional and the atmosphere is really good. However the let down has always been the service.. I’ve been coming here for years and supported the restaurant through Covid but everytime its the same thing.. one hour in and they start to nag you for the table back. Interrupting conversations multiple times just to hint they want the table back. I remember two years ago I brought a client to dinner and we spent 2K after a bottle of wine and the behaviour was still the same. Services always starts well and end up horrendous.

On the positive side, the food was good and our waiter was very friendly. The negative things have started before we arrived. We got a call that they move our reservation from 19:30 to 19:00 because we are with a toddler, that was already rude and annoying. We sat for 20 minutes from the time we got menus until they took the order and then they told us that they'll do everything quickly as we need to leave in 80 minutes as the table is booked. When we complained, magically they realized that it's another table that was booked and we could stay. Some of the staff were rude and inpatient. Ver carta
