"After we had paid an entry fee of 5€, we ended the waiting period at the cash to be served only a few drinks. when the drinks finally appeared and I had asked to pay with EC card, the drinks were simply taken from us and beer given to another customer. without other words. we were all shocked. I was then 10 minutes after, cried out to come from the waiter and pay on the other side of the bar! we decided to go after the drinks and asked at the entrance to get our 5€ back as we did not stay with such bad service! the security person really nice, said we can ask the manager and guess what the very rude waiter was actually the manager of the bar and again he started screaming for me and the security man. we were both shocked to buy such a job. what I find unacceptable to such a place. therefore I will avoid this place in future."

The service was really great. The waitress was extremely friendly, not exaggerated, nice, charming and funny. Thank you! The food and the cocktails were as usual very delicious!! We like to come back!!

I usually like the Sausalitos very much. In the evenings with DJ, however, it is so extremely loud that you can no longer entertain yourself at a 4 table. I don't understand the concept here, there's no dance floor, and you don't go to a bar to drink in silence.
