As always, the staff, food, and drinks were exceptional. We ordered six Sunday Roasts and one children's roast, along with some desserts. It was great value for money. Booking online was a breeze, and we were able to easily adjust the number of guests and timing over the phone. Poppy was especially helpful.

This is a fantastic pub situated in a peaceful location away from the main road. It features a charming outdoor seating area, and the interior is aesthetically pleasing with a variety of seating options. I had an amazing meal here today. The service was excellent—very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The vegan risotto and chicken and ham pie were both delicious, and we all left with clean plates. A warm and inviting pub that we have only visited for the second time. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcome, and the staff was both friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Our food was ordered and served quickly. The steak was cooked to perfection—something that many pubs struggle to achieve when it comes to distinguishing between rare and medium.
