Lovely little place. Nice rustic feel with old desks and chairs. In house roastery with fantastic aroma. And if like me you don’t actually drink coffee, you will really enjoy the tea and gorgeous fresh cake!

Coffee was cold. Service was slow. Seemingly no organisation in the shop so people in queue couldn't tell who was waiting to order or collect take aways. They had no cakes left and no skimmed milk. Nice decor but very poorly organised/managed.

The coffee is always cold and the cookies cost £4. I've tried this place on a few occasions hoping it would get better- nice place and the coffee does taste nice but one cookie cost more than a Tesco meal deal and the drinks are always luke warm.

Coffee just doesn't get any better! The staff are always friendly, the beans have never been less than perfect. The new premises looks brilliant. If you haven't had a Crosby coffee then your missing out big time! If there was anything to criticise it would be the take away cup! C'mon Jack whats happened to the large cup? There a lot smaller than the bridge road large cup?

Popped in to try this new place as I am aware of its history before the shop opened. What a great little place. The coffee is the best I’ve had, far better than that any of the coffee chain giant’s. the food was good and they had a selection of teas for my fussy sister. Nice atmosphere, which in my view is created by a great staff. If you like popping for a coffee, pop here, it is someone from the local area creating something the local area should very proud of.

I visited Crosby Coffee after driving past a few times and thinking it looked nice I wasn't wrong. The coffee is tasty and the staff explain the options on offer that day. I've tried the Columbian and Trio blend and really enjoyed both. The cakes are also lovely. I've had the salted caramel brownie and Victoria Sponge. I liked that I was given a loyalty card which joins onto your key fob and is far more hard wearing than the usual loyalty cards. I will definitely be visiting here again.

The coffee cup smelt of perfume, one staff member acknowledged this whilst the others looked on in disbelief blaming the coffee, which was definitely not the case. Came back with a far weaker different blend of coffee which was tasteless. During my initial order I asked for additional milk, which when served was mainly froth, I had to go up again and ask for more, again this was froth and insufficient. In the end I just gave up. Overall a wasted disappointing trip and I will be looking elsewhere for coffee in the future

I called into Crosby Coffee for a brief visit during a Monday lunchtime. I ordered a trio blend cappuccino which was delivered to my table. With chocolate shavings on top it was simply the best coffee I have tasted in a long, long time. Although there is seating for 24 it would feel a little crowded if there were that many in the shop. They have small snacks such as flapjacks, a selection of teas and a small range of soft drinks including fruit juices so it is the sort of place to call into for a rest and a reviving cup of coffee. Highly recommended.

Decor is nice. Staff were rude obnoxious, busy or not have some respect for the people paying your wages at the end of the day by coming in and eating/drinking here and the drinks are served Luke warm, not drinking temperature at all. It definitely needs to be hotter. Nothing worse than sitting talking to your partner and after one sip of the coffee it’s stone cold. The pastries are nice to look at, and do taste nice but exorbitantly priced. Also as I found out not even their own produce, they’re bought in. £4 for a donut muffin thing is disgusting really. I’m all for independent coffee houses but two drinks and two pastries shouldn’t equate to almost £15. Oh and don’t order anything from th...
