"Did not stay here but came for a meal. Service can be a bit slow as it is very busy at times but the food is great. We had the fish cakes on the specials board and the salt and pepper squid. Both meals were fantastic- very tasty. Beer and wine to complement the meal was really good. The staff and food are excellent. If you're nearby, it's definitely worth a visit. Edit: This is a fantastic pub with consistently delicious food and great service. Just be mindful of the wine prices; a bottle of Zinfandel rosé is £27, which feels a bit excessive. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars for the service.

Lovely place, amazing accommodation, very cozy, nice and tidy! Great drinks and food available. I strongly recommend the Cajun chicken and the Kentucky burger if available (they're on the specials menu). Food comes in big portions for a really good price.
