"Ristorante da Rosa is an excellent option for lunch if you are visiting the Abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra. We came for the abbey but we were very pleased that, on a whim, we stayed on for lunch. We shared the carbonara al tartufo (truffles) and the home-made ravioli both of which were good but the highlight was a broad bean side dish. The servings, whilst not large, were perfectly adequate for us for lunch. Pasta dishes were 8€ -12€. The inside dining room is quite large and open but we opted to sit outside on the patio area. Big umbrellas provided plenty of shade and the balcony was covered with masses of multi-coloured petunias. On a sunny day, with a glass of wine this was very pleasant indeed."

is August 24th. we are around from 9 between brands, puglia and basilicata, always outside, at lunch and dinner! never eaten so well! all perfect! Congratulations.

We had lunch today of the Christianing of my niece, nice food, nice service, friendly staff, lovely location, amazing cake! I will definitely go back. They made me and all my family really happy, made this day even more Special! Thank you.

in a naturalistic and artistic context of extraordinary beauty, an excellent restaurant. delicious fresh pasta and a special mention for a refined and goose cut in pineapple and an exceptionally high cut truffle. Young, kind and smiling staff, always present and very friendly! All right.

Set in the grounds of the Abbey and park this lovely restaurant is well worth a visit. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. We had some huge pork chops and I had a very tasty steak with grilled pineapple as well as saute potatoes with fennel. All washed down with the local beer IL Mastio Road 77 Amber Ale. Excellent, I look forward to the next time.
