Se si parla di gusto e professionalità Sanna è un sinonimo. Per non parlare di uno dei suoi piatti top: l'aragosta alla catalana, perfettamente realizzata in un equilibrio di sapori (forti e decisi) di cipolla, pomodori ed olio sopraffino rigorosamente locale e l'unicità dell'aragosta. Squisiti anche il tris di antipasti e la tartare di tonno. Chiudono il pasto un torrone unico nel suo genere e un mirto servito in bicchieri ghiacciati. Veramente bravo, Mr Sanna

We ate tuna tartare with lemon perfume, raw prawns of the Ionian, spaghetti with muggine bottarga, an excellent Catalan of shrimp and scampi and, now well known, super excellent argosta alla catalana. To finish a cold turkey accompanied by a good myrtle liqueur. Wheelchair accessible rooms. Very recommended!

5 stelle tutte meritate. bella location anche se non è sul mare. ottimo il servizio. il proprietario è una persona molto competente ed è piacevole parlarci. materia prima di altissimo livello. menu con pochi piatti ma davvero sfiziosi. davvero buonissimo tutto... antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. complimenti. tenuto conto della qualità il prezzo è giusto anche se alto.. ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. se capito di nuovo da queste parti ci torno sicuramente. p.s. bagni puliti e questo è un ottimo biglietto da visita perché fa capire la serietà di chi gestisce il locale in quanto si preoccupa che il cliente si senta a suo agio.

I predict that I have known Carlo since I bought a holiday house in San Foca in 2010; that is a point of reference of every time we come to Salento and that remains the only restaurant in absolute of the area and more, to have never given reason of disappointment.
