Excellent cuisine the dishes are very tasty dishes .We did not know where to have lunch we asked advice in some shops on in the center and they advised us Dal Passero excellent experience the advice as well I

We tried this restaurant in Livigno, looking at reviews. Nice surprise, very good dishes, well prepared and presented. All very friendly and price in line with what we ate. We found nothing exciting to give 5 stars.

Cosy environment with a seemingly traditional cuisine with appreciated changes, even the bitters.. the beans would have preferred softer for personal taste. Also after a bottle of wine going to the bathroom making the stairs could be a little risky..to return..

I entered quite pre-empted given the menu with several combinations that left me more than a doubt. Not loving so much certain experiments, I was on the most 'traditional' dishes, but still rivisti with a particular preparation. Great! Courteous and competent service. Bravo

Fantastic evening with practically introvable wines, a canederlo with a divinely good broth, risotto with ice cream (awesomely fine matching, boiled sheep with an infinite processing... chocolate bowl, candy and truffle coffee.... all this is the Dal Passero and the fantastic chef Paolo!!!! Searched menu, imprinted on the old culinary customs of the place. Excellent choice of wines, very well prepared staff, but some precisely on the quality of some courses (hard and perhaps not too fresh, cutters exaggeratedly 'trite ' almost were not handmade. Bully of amazing sheep. The five stars are at a breath.

Small restaurant that goes against the current fashions of the moment and the 'spennaturisti' mentality. The recipes recreated by the Passero are the traditional ones of the past of Livigno, where every small part was exalted (in fact it gives good space to the stratallas) and it was made wide use of what nature could offer. Then go with spontaneous herbs and raw materials at km0 of great quality, worked with passion. The environment is cozy and informal, away from the hustle and bustle of the center.
