"My worst gastronomic experience in Milan! The owner greets you in a super friendly manner but it turned out to be just a facade. The service is slow and disorganized because the owner is alone and cannot keep up with the supply. Panini hot on the outside but cold on the inside. Omelette and orange juice ok. The hardest thing was that when we asked for the bill it told us €99 without giving us the breakdown or accepting a credit card. Our calculations did not come close to that amount, so we asked him to do the breakdown. The 'nice ' man became aggressive saying that we were distrustful. Finally, after doing the math on a napkin, the new figure was €72. We paid and he told us not to come back again. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The owner is very nice and even though he didn't speak english, we communicated through google translate, he talked and laughed with us.
