"I consulted with my Iranian friend for the best Iranian restaurant in London, and he recommended this place. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute cycle from Harrowall, making it a perfect choice after a climbing session. After a 4 1/2 hour climb, I had worked up quite an appetite. I ordered the Kebab Koubideh (minced lamb with bread) and the Pollow Koresh Ghormeh Sabzi (green herb lamb stew with kidney beans and barberries). Both dishes were delicious and flavorful, just as promised, with generous portions. For dessert, I tried the Bastani (Persian saffron ice cream with rose water pistachio), which I had never tasted before and found to be uniquely flavorful. The owner was friendly and took the time to chat with me, adding to the overall dining experience. This was definitely one of the best Iranian meals I've had in London. I look forward to trying their weekend specials, particularly the Aab Goosht (meat stew) and Ghalieh Mahi (fish stew), for which the owner recommended calling 24 hours in advance to reserve a portion, as they tend to sell out quickly."

What kind of place won't give you tap water. Some items not available. Those we had, didn't stand out. Dead inside.

Lack of veg. dishes. Clean with good service. Disappointed with the nan bread-undercooked and a little rubbery. Appear to be recovering from covid-lacking customers.

I visited this restaurant with my family and we all enjoyed the amazing food. It is probably the best Persian restaurant I have been to in a while. The dishes were fresh and tasty. I would definitely go back again.

Got 10 kebabs for takeaway with rice. The kebabs were good and tasty but some were a bit burnt. The prices are slightly more costly than other places that serve koobideh kebabs. Overall it is a good local Iranian restaurant.

I stopped by Dehkadeh restaurant for dinner on my way home from Harrow. I would have liked a warmer welcome, similar to other restaurants. The food was delicious, comparable to other high-quality restaurants. I was only offered the same two dishes, but non-Persian customers should be informed about the best different dishes to try.

Don’t be fooled with the current reviews, the food is rubbish, I genuinely picked the place because of the reviews and made a big mistake. I and my partner had to deal with stomach pain for the rest of the evening and night. To summarise: 1)The kebabs were not fresh or if they were then the meat was so hard to chew . 2)Starters were not cooked the same way as usual walnuts were missing and etc) 3) yogurt drink was tasteless It’s unusual to be asked if you need a dressing for your salad !? It should just come with it … never mind it really tasted like water) The only one star I have given here is for the nice lady who welcomed and served us. Note: the service charge was put on the bill withou...

"before visiting myself, I had called to book a table and demand a certain type of sitting space to meet our needs. the dame over the phone advised that she could not guarantee that a table, as the restaurant fills quickly. Although this can be their policy, I cannot understand the point of booking if they cannot meet the needs of their customers. the point of booking is to prepare the restaurant for the customers and their specifications. we booked. the caffe itself is on the street and parking can be something to be superior if they are not familiar with the opposite. I believe that the parking space next to the pavement on Sunday or the rest of the week after a certain time that I cannot remember is free. once ordered, the food came hot and the staff was nice and accommodating. but I and my friend both felt sick when we ate the sausages and felt bad all day. the sausages were 80 cattle and 20 chickens, as we said. perhaps the type of oil that was used or something else there was simply a strange after taste that was not paleable for both of us. the portions themselves are quite larger, enough to fill them. the restaurant itself was packed almost completely around a few hours into the opening, so it seems like a popular place. the tables themselves are not big, so we do not have much space to move around objects, although there is not much of an annoying for us to eat. the coffees were made according to my opinion quickly and to a good standard. I also ordered from this caffe in my house and the food came as it looked in person."
