I now press that switching to the Pino Restaurant- for me was a little like being at home, the managers have seen me grow since I still did not answer who called me by name, therefore I was really very small, and it is obvious to add that I will always have an eye on them, even when I allow myself to write a review; note of merit for the meal! The dish with garganelli, pistachio pesto, burrata and salmon was space. Good. Creamy and full-bodied. Satisfying. already complete like this. Of course I could never repeat it the same way, I wanted to try in the kitchen, given the remarkable experience of the head-heart and helpers. Find a photo to make better the idea of what it was.
