Delhicious - Carta

Food took over 1.5 hrs to come and items where missing and part of the order was wrong. Shocking. Never again.

Ordered my favourite Malaysian Chicken Biryani yesterday 25.4.24. No chicken in it at all. No accompanying salad as mentioned on the menu. Very disappointing. It’s what I usually order, but I don’t know if I’d risk it again.

I am at a loss for words after trying this terrible takeout tonight. The food was inedible - the chips were cold and barely cooked, and the wrap was stale and hard with hardly any chicken inside. It was a complete waste of money and time. Ver carta

I chose to order a curry and stumbled upon this place. The menu was extensive and the food was excellent. We opted for a set meal priced at a very reasonable £24, which included 2 curries and all the extras. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We recently purchased two wraps, one being the "mixed vegetable kebab wrap." Unfortunately, it consisted of frozen vegetables stuffed into a naan bread, and we found it to be inedible. We were shocked by the poor quality and had to discard the wrap.

just ordered my very first order from her for me and my partner. despite all the reviews i was a tad worried. however it was very delicious. Food came on time, delivery driver was kind, food was very hot, big portions for a decent price. Only bad thing i could note is curry’s were a little oily however very good and enjoyable overall. will probably be ordering again. Ver carta

We got a takeaway for New Years Eve and the food was as yummy as ever. This Indian takeaway has been our “go to” for a long time and we still can’t beat it (at home or away). So when I came on TripAdvisor to write a review this morning I was so surprised to see a run of bad reviews! Our food has always tasty and the different curries taste as they should. We certainly can recommend

We've been getting takeaways for years from Delhicious and the food has always been great but I guess the ownership or chef has changed as our last takeaway was really bad. It was overly spiced to the point of being inedible and the quality of the food awful-even the chips! We ended up throwing the lot away sadly. Contacted Delhicious on Facebook messenger and got no response. Their website contact page isn't working either.

We have been using this takeaway for over 10 years now and have had great food that was great value too. We don't live near Lancaster but do visit about four or five times a year and we always have a takeaway from Delhicious. Of late though the food quality hasn't been quite as good and the quantity has got less but the price has gone up, markedly so. I would now say that their offerings aren't value for money at all. We had a tandoori mix grill and a chicken tikka masala on the 18th January 24. I noticed that the cost of the food had risen from around £25 to almost £30 since our last visit in October last year.
