I loved this place, I tried it in lots of cities in the United States and I loved it everywhere, great atmosphere.

This is the second time I've been here since open, front desk Colleague was friendly. Main gripe was all the food was boring basic with no effort made on presentation. Also slow to clear tables (even tho servers walking past). Basically a worse variant of tgi friday. Worst bit is french toast wasn't available which is literally a main reason for wanting to go here. Visited Denny’s, Swansea in December and can say we had an excellent experience thanks to Keanu! He resolved a minor issue with our orders with amazing customer service and made our week with his generosity and kindness! One of the best restaurant experiences we have had to date. Left the below review 4 months ago, updating after most recent visit The food has gone totally down the pan unfortunately. They've gone lazy on the American melt by just sticking a burger in a sandwich. The food was super greasy leaving a bad taste in the mouth for hours later. The burgers are full of gristle none of our party of 5 finished their meal. It's a pity but once bitten, twice shy, never again We come as a family a few times each year it seems to constantly be getting much more popular. Food is always freshly prepared arrives fast. After frequently visiting this Denny's over the years, we were excited to go in today after going to Plantasia but it was really disappointing. The staff just about looked up as we seated ourselves, and glanced up as we found and retrieved our own high chair. I had to find and interrupt two members of staff chatting to request an allergen list. Luckily, we knew about online ordering as, apart from our food silently being dropped to our table, the service was nonexistent. We had to find and take cutlery from another table as our cutlery pot hadn't been replenished.
