"My partner and I took a little holiday in Hastings and were pleasantly surprised to come across this incredible restaurant. Although we didn't dine in as we had other plans, we couldn't resist the sight of the focaccia displayed in the window. We ordered two slices, and it was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted. It was truly authentic Italian and freshly made. I'm just disappointed it's so far from where we live because I would eat here every day if I could! The pizzas looked fantastic, and I would absolutely return to Hastings just to visit this restaurant again. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent."

"This is an incomparable, little gem of a restaurant . Top quality, interesting and imaginative dishes all created by a very talented chef using locally sourced produce makes it difficult to decide what you would like! Memorable experience for someone who is coeliac too. Good sized portions and amazing choice excellent value for money. Don’t forget to try the Appasiomento wine a true find. Front of house service is relaxed, faultless and friendly making the overall experience excellent. We always pre book to avoid disappointment."

"Myself, my husband and children stopped to have lunch at The Kingfisher restaurant after looking for some time for a place to eat. The staff were really friendly and when we explained that one of our children is autistic and will need a to...have a bisboke lunch, they were really accommodating. The food was quick and absolutely delicious!! We all enjoyed our lunch and we thought it was reasonably priced. This is a great place to eat and recharge. On leaving we all visited the toilets which were clean and great hand washing facilities. We will definitely be back!! Sue"
