"Siamo stati al cucinaio per pranzo. Abbiamo mangiato delle ottime tigelle, mozzarella di bufala e burrata accompagnate da un eccellente prosciutto di Parma. Non c´é che dire tutti i prodotti sono di ottima qualità e dimostrano competenza e un´accurata selezione. Purtroppo non abbiamo assaggiato il vino perché di tre che eravamo mia moglie era incinta, io dovevo guidare ed il nostro amico che ci accompagnava é praticamente astemio, ma ci rifaremo presto perché ci torneremo di sicuro. Ciliegina sulla torta il servizio é ottimo. I padroni sono una coppia molto gentile e siamo rimasti quasi un´ora a chiacchierare piacevolmente con loro."

"appetizer: "wet appetizer board" was shown as: 4 discs each by zucchini and aubergine not even grilled yet, but somehow made warm. a klacks yogurt (unworn from the beaker) and half tomate on top of it).Main course: rice was completely unworn and mushy, the lamb was rather a hammel. the dough of the thirsty was raw and not edible and the garlic sauce was not to be described as such. Pity, because the wet is super and 1.5 years ago that was different.Also the other guests did not look really happy. conclusion: we are not coming back."

"The restaurant of the Landhotel Klingerhof two miles away, our base, was closed and the receptionist recommended the Old Church in nearby Haibach, a pretty village in the valley below. It was almost full, and that at on a Sunday evening a good...sign! The place looked quite authentic, an impression re-inforced by the realisation that many locals were eating there. A friendly young waitress brought us a quite extensive menu in German only and we opted for a carafe of what we were told was a dry white housewine at a moderate price whilst we perused it. Neither of us found the wine dry and it was exchanged for another one without fuss, this time dry. I opted for the onion soup. My wife wanted a small tuna salad as a starter and sensibly suggested we should order our main course later, having seen the size of portions on other tables. My steaming soup arrived first, served in a big bowl; just as well it was so hot that I had to wait because it took some time for her salad to arrive. A starter salad? It was enormous, very fresh and delicious! Outgoing diners had to pass our table and we noticed that nearly all had a ‘doggy bag’ – it seemed to be taken for granted that most would be defeated by the amount of food and cardboard boxes to take uneaten food home were provided as if it was a matter of course. Our first course would have been enough but I felt a bit guilty, ordered some more wine, then agreed with my wife that we would order a Wiener Schnitzel (her choice) to be shared between us. A large plate with two schnitzels, French fries and salad arrived. We just could not do the contents justice (the food tasted fine and managed to eat just about a quarter between us. I had to explain to the waitress that there was nothing wrong with the food – on the contrary – and she immediately asked if we wanted a box to take the rest with us, an offer we declined. For two sizable first courses, basket of bread, a gigantic main course and ¾ litres of a very acceptable house wine the bill came to Euros!...This was quantity paired with quality at a give-away price!"

"enthusiastic, I came back, we had a table reserved for a large group on Saturday, the service was excellent, dedicated, fast, competent, super friendly. I have rarely experienced such a great service. such a worker wishes every restaurant. eating was fantastic with each of us and the price was very reasonable. the steaks were as ordered, the baguette exceptionally good and some extra desires were offered and served immediately, the art of the craft is to taste especially in the self-made ice creams. if you want to spend a beautiful ambiente and a beautiful evening with excellent eating, they are in the weinstube kitz right!"

"whether pizza or pasta, eating is thoroughly freshly prepared and very tasty! for pizza lovers simply recommended. rusty floor, optimal amount of floor covering and above all the margherita is made with buffalo mozarella.Leider at our visits very crowded every time, but this makes the most popular. this made the friendly service somewhat overloaded. the ambiente is cozy, but could be more comfortable just with regard to the seating."
