"Once again, I wanted to put a positive opinion on this establishment. this is our third passage in this one and regularity is always the same. On the menu, we took a benedict egg to salmon that was a marvel in flavors. the crisp with the marcellin st with apples, honey and nuts with a perfect balance between sweet and salt. the dishes we took then are: the sauerkraut of the sea, the lamb with garlic and rosemary and the walnuts of snakes snaked on a melt of leeks. all his dishes were excellent and the amount is at the rendezvous for the good eaters. dessert was an exceptional preparation for a birthday. This establishment deserves a hint for the generosity and quality of its dishes and the kindness of the people who manage this place."
