"We came across this restaurant while searching for a place to have dinner before heading back to our hotel. We decided to have a bottle of red wine and two glasses, but had to wait 20 minutes before we could order our food. We ordered two classic burgers with fries, which were delicious. However, we felt that the portion size was a bit small for the price of £18. The service was not great, especially considering the 12.5% service charge added to the bill. I believe this charge should be based on the quality of service provided by the staff. Despite these issues, we will likely return because the food was wonderful, but the service could use improvement."

Really enjoyed my meal and drink at Dirty Bones in Kensington. The food was perfect and the bottomless drinks went down a treat. Thank you to Miriam who served us during our time there and was providing us excellent customer service

The food at this restaurant was disappointing, cold, and lacking in flavor. The service was incredibly poor, and I ended up with a severe stomach ache afterwards. I felt nauseous all night, despite not drinking any alcohol. The next day, I was in too much pain to even walk around the city. Additionally, the prices were exorbitant. Overall, the restaurant is only good in pictures.

I went to this restaurant with my son for brunch. The medium rare steak I ordered came back undercooked. The server graciously took it back to be recooked. However, when the dish was returned, the steak had been recooked but the original egg was still on the plate. I was very disappointed with the level of service and would have expected a completely new dish. This experience showed me how little they value their customers. Thankfully, my son's meal was fine. It's no surprise that we won't be coming back.
