This restaurant was EXCELLENT in every respect!! The owner was not excessively busy so that he personally took care of us, even allowed us to design our own drinks after dinner! We made reservations for another dinner this week.

Nice restaurant, nice food and good service. Only disappointment was the price we pay for a child's pasta, which was more expensive than any of the more elaborate adult main meal times, but it wasn't on the menu so maybe that is why?

Amazing experience. We actually spend 3 nights (from 6 in Ostuni Dinning in this place. Everyone on the table said that this was one of the best food experiences she had in years! Will return to Dish if we can have this opportunity : Ver carta

The food quality and restaurant itself was great along with an amazing view. But the meal itself was really disappointing. We felt the flavours didn’t all go together and they were trying too many things on the plate. The staff were lovely though so maybe we just had it on a bad night

Everything was perfect at Dish: service was excellent but unobtrusive; the food was delicious and beautifully presented; and the terrace offered panoramic views of the old town. Dish was the best dining experience we've had in our three weeks in Italy although we've had other good dining experiences.

The culinary highlight of our visit to Puglia! The restaurant, ambiance, service, views and most importantly food were incredible! The service was discrete yet attentive, the complimentary welcome Gazpacho and sparkling wine set the tone for the most wonderful evening! The food was amazing, unique flavour combinations and ultra fresh produce. I loved the raw prawn dish with a botanical crumb and my partner really enjoyed his tender beef cheek ravioli. We tried to book our family in but it was fully booked for the week. Easily Michelin star level cuisine. Please book, Dish is too good to miss! Ver carta
