every time it hits me in this corner, I'll make a trip to the diwan. here just fits everything for the kebab lover. the salad is crisp, the flesh juicy and the broth smells because permanently freshly baked.

Food is well prepared, prices are great. a reliable place to eat well and at low prices. Not the place to go for a romantic dinner or if you want nice food, but the perfect place to visit Vienna and are hungry and good... Quality is important to you. one of 2 best döner kebab in the meadow next to lala in sweden square. even in Austria. pure meat and not fat. others are also very good. employees are not particularly friendly. that is ok. service is correct and prompt. ambiente is not special. eating quality but is more important. small locally best to eat.

When we came in, we asked if we could pay with the card. The man got grumpy and said no. atm is 200 meters from the road. We had money and ordered. He was grim because we don't speak local language. I got our food, which was all right. The owner was happy that we cleared the plate and smiled and said Bye Bye. Sweet man with woman. Passion for food. Good times and full of belly. Enjoy!

the 20th district in the area wallensteinstrasse is a collection of kebab and Turkish restaurants but in this dense there is a diwan which I am in hown its super quality in the area of meat, brot (self fresh made) and lay all overtrift.The meat at the wood grill the taste excellent every one of the hown visited and in hown live this should now visit institution of kebabs. pays off, my hearty compliment so on Ver carta

Fresh bread, great meat (Kalb, that tastes very different from normal Kebab places from the coal grill ... the place is a gem! Only downside is that they are not open on Sundays ; One word of warning: I stopped eating other Kebab after I...got hooked to this one. It just doesn't make sense anymore. It's a bit like comparing a real burger to McDonalds. Now I've been going there at least once a month for about 3 years.

My husband and I visited this restaurant in our first night in Vienna because it was close to our hotel. The food was delicious and the service was very good. We had a starter and a main meal (meat plate to share) plus drinks and all...for less than 50 pounds. We enjoyed it so much, we went back to our last night and were equally impressed. Although we are not smokers, we thought it was an excellent idea that they had a separate smoker room that keep poor people from standing outside in the icy cold!

I lived in Wallensteinstrasse already for more than 2 years, co-existing with many turkish restaurants, shops, etc... I did not realised of Diwan until I took a taxi from the Airport, and the driver, from Libano, told me that there was the best Kebab restaurant...in Vienna in my street (and I did not know!! So today I went and I was totally surprised... the bread is baked in the shop by themselves. My boyfriend even asked for a durum and they not only baked the bread but they have done it from scratch!!! Also the kebab meat (Kalb is being cooked with real wood. Overall, the food was amazingly good, and the place really clean. Totally worth it for a new level of kebab! Ver carta
