Tres bon accueil, service impeccable, competent staff (although the lack of hands of works). More light, clarity in a room, adjoining the restaurant room, where was served our breakfast, locked by curtains ... Stuffy and sad!

greeted by a sequoïa lay and magnificent and a magnificent building, we have had a delicious time with friends who came especially from royan and we ran to taste the famous bazas beef and we were not disappointed! it was remarkable as well as wine (moulis) without forgetting the staff and its extreme kindness and attention. Une belle découverte dans un cadre paisible et très agréable. Un service très agréable, présent mais pas oppressant et nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir la visite du chef en fin de repas avec qui nous avons pu échanger sur nos ressentis. Très appréciable ! Nous sommes venue pour fêter un anniversaire et nous avons été ravie de notre repas. Le menu à l'ardoise ou les différents plats à la carte sont très bons et joliment présenté. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'assiette végétarien avec de nombreux légumes frais et de saison ainsi qu'une galette de lentilles corails et steak végétal, le tout servi avec une petite sauce. Les émincés de boeufs de bazas et le porc noir du pays basque étaie...

We had dinner my wife and I at the inside restaurant of Domaine de Fompeyre. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at L 'Orangeraie, we selected the 37 euros menu (see pictures) with glasses of Sauternes during the all dinner. As a starter, my wife had the 'Eggs and mushrooms ' called 'oeufs brouillés aux cèpes ' whereas I ordered the Gambas (big shrimps). Our main course was . As desert, I had a chocolat and pear home made cumble with Chantilly ice cream (see picture), my wife selected the strawberries with home made Chantilly cream called 'Aumonière fraises Chantilly ' (see picture), We really enjoyed this well cooked food of quality, also the waiter was really devoted.
