"It is by chance that we stopped in this super classic restaurant where we immediately feel good thanks to a warm decor with many paintings and little proximity to the nearby tables. the service is young, without big fault and very friendly. The pace of service is good. We're not waiting. The dressage of the dishes is really great. aesthetic and appetizing. dishes without being extraordinary is well suited to dishes. The cooking was perfect, especially the liquorice-wood calf ris generously served and superbly presented under topinambours petals. desserts were fresh, pretty and full of peps. only reproaches that can be found in several comments: the lack of marked flavours, seasoning and character of the inputs and accompanying vegetables. the leek foie gras pressed out of the fridge and had no taste. the purées of ancient vegetables accompanying the screws were well made but flat. There is a progression space...We spent a very good time for 50 euros per person, a bottle of good Pessac-Leognan 50 cl included."
