"We have ordered from St. Helens Pizzeria many times and have always had a great meal. Due to COVID-19, if you want Domino's Pizza, you need to order online as they are not taking orders in person at their Duke Street location. I am not sure if they offer delivery as well as collection, but they do have a Domino's advertisement for delivery drivers in their window, so it may be possible. We tried to order online today and encountered some confusion with the payment process. When I arrived to collect our food, I discovered that the order had not gone through. I reordered using the Domino's app as suggested and was pleasantly surprised by the quick updates on the status of my order. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and friendly, and I was impressed by their cleanliness and professionalism. In line with COVID-19 guidelines, they asked customers to wear face masks before entering and had hand sanitizer available at the entrance. The food was delicious and freshly made, with a variety of customization options available when ordering. Overall, I highly recommend the St. Helens outlet for their food, service, and staff. I spent £17 on a small gluten free pizza that wasn't cut when I arrived home. My friends got a large pizza for £10, half the price of my small pizza. The cheeseburger pizza they ordered had no sauce and was cold. Rip off and poor service!

I don't know what has happened to this restaurant. The reviews indicate there is a problem. They are not willing to accept feedback or listen to a paying customer. I will never order from Dominos again. The pizza tastes like dry, burnt cardboard and arrives cold.

I called Domino's St. Helens because my partner and I have ordered from them several times and requested extra cheese, but it has never been added to our pizza. Tonight, when I called for the sixth time and mentioned the missing cheese, the girl I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. It is frustrating to pay for something and not receive it.
