Dough Rose Street - Carta

Love the concept and branding but honestly the cheese in all the pizza’s had no taste not like the usual mozzarella! I was disappointed that their truffle parmesan dip had no truffle too.

Ordered 15 pizzas plus sides for our team meeting. Food disappeared in 10 mins with glowing reports after it was all done. The Dough team are friendly, helpful and generous with their time.

Bossman called us in from the street, the service was quicker than a infant raiding ur nans quality street cookie tin the pizza was unreal, truly melted in the mouth 2nd best pizza in the world only bested by the bossmans mum Ver carta

Ordered a Diavola pizza through uber eats which arrived on time however pizza was stone cold it was pointless putting the mozzarella (Which came in a tub)on the pizza.After being recommended by a friend won't be ordering again.

The offerings are many, the food delicious, my one and only criticism is they need to add more toppings!!! The pizza was fine, I just don't like it when they aren't generous with the toppings. Other than that, I would definitely come back and eat here again!!! I will just ask for more toppings next time!!!

I regularly order from dough S clerk street and always had a good experience. However on this occasion I ordered from the rose st branch and was very disappointed, size of pizzas was significantly smaller than previously, dip size was also reduced and to top it off the pizza was cold and disformed... it's a shame that the quality is not standardised across outlets. Went here for the first time in a few months. It looks like it’s been taken over by someone new and all of the ingredients replaced with cheaper, tasteless ones. Prices were raise by about 4 pound extra per pizza as well. Got a capricciosa and the olives have been changed from kalamata to **** black ones. The tomato sauce was tasteless and even the dips tasted vinegary. Pity because it used to be one of the best pizza places in Edinburgh

We visited on a midweek evening and sat inside. There's only 4-6 seats inside but plenty more on the outdoor terrace. Pizzas are made fresh to order. You can see the process in the open kitchen. We ordered two pizzas (a Parma Figs, and a Meat Lovers) with two soft drinks. Quite expensive at almost £42, but they were two of the best pizzas that we had ever eaten. Perfect bases with lots of excellent quality topping. We can't wait to return!

I wish I could write a 0 star review the most ignorant customer service I have ever dealt with. Uber driver stole my pizza ok but the man I rang in the restaurant was beyond unhelpful he was so rude and so aggressive he didn’t care I never received my order because he was closing. I will never order from this restaurant again absolute ignorant customer service and I work in customer service myself so I know good customer service. Sort your staff out it’s a disgrace!! Ver carta
