"this place has great Italian eating - especially the pasta and the ice. the service was slow and inattentive, but also friendly. they can sit outside on a beautiful veranda. the restaurant closes on weekdays at 20.00 a.m., which seems a bit too early - you cannot spend a nice evening out here if you have to go so early. we had our hotel reservation a table for 19.30 a.m. and were quite surprised when we found out that we had only 30 minutes to eat. according to our opinion, the person in the restaurant who makes the reservation would have to inform the hotel so that we could have arrived earlier."

tasty ice cream! right Italian tasty ice cream with a good choice. friendly staff. they also sell good products. next time we'll eat there at lunchtime. hardin is a beautiful place to spend the weekend, especially if you like cycling.

one of my sons was not thrilled that the other son chose an Italian restaurant for lunch in hardin, but we were pleasantly surprised. I found that eating comparable to that we had in italia. the pasta dishes were great - pizza was good. a diner had a panini and found it so lala. very pleasant to sit outside and our service was in order.

"My second visit to this French restaurant resulted from a misunderstanding: Actually, for a dinner, I was arranged to third in the Uhle Wine House. However, when I reached my acquaintances by phone after a vain waiting, they just entered a family celebration at the Greeks. After a wine, you'll like to go to the Uhle, but you can't eat at the best. Because I didn’t want to “before” the nice couple, I had to redispose. Then the solid benches and tables on the pavement of the pedestrian zone in Schwerin's old town were right. But powdercake, all reserved. Only a small bistrotish would still be free outside and also only for two hours. Perfect, I love it when a plan works! Lack of a bath towel throwing the jacket over the chair rest and ordering a cool Cidre for fair 4€. Later I had a balanced cuvée from Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah (€5.9). The inspection of the wet rooms on the first floor of the beautiful old building gave nothing to the detriment. A woman dressed in black served me attentively and kindly. For example, it was asked when the wine was to be served. Only the daily meals were not allowed; this may have been because I sat right next to the board with the offers. A completely pleasant service. Go on with a soupe au pistou for 7.5€. Soupe au pistou The South French vegetable bean soup was very tomatoy and especially very sweet. The white beans I liked through their bite; like more of them. The pistou was similar to the Italian name cuvette Pesto from the herbs, but remained a bit pale. There were still quite fresh baguettes, but the crust was already weakening. It's an over-average first gear. Also in the main course (13.5€ no experiments: Merguez, French fries, salad, sauce rouille Three wonderful Merguez. The spicy lamb sausages made of very fine, lean roast and hot from the pan a real pleasure. To this end, a large bag of narrow fries was served, which could have been a bit longer in the fat. From my point of view, the “Sauce Rouille” was simply a majon sauce with neat garlic, tomato paste and chilli powder. It's a pity, it's "authentic." On the other hand, to praise a fresh salad of sheep cheese, tomato, paprika and field salad, which did not give too much honey mustard dressing and pomegranate seeds a small kick. White bread was added to the final cheese (too expensive 12.5€ cheese plate. But this time crispy baked. As supplements there was a very fruity tasting olive pest, pistachio crumble, green grapes and a salad bouquet as known. Unfortunately, the goods were somewhat too young and somewhat too cold. It's a bit bad I didn't have time. But in the presentation there were worlds, for example, for puristic presentation in the Nuremberg cook and waiter. Conclusion: While there were still significant weaknesses during the first visit, La Bouche showed a better side today. Although there were also weaknesses in all three passages, one can see with (a lot of good will also as a laissez fair one. Overall, there was a more positive impression of the kitchens and especially the services at a very good PLV. Should the Uhle retire against expectation (adults? , occasionally like again."

"Nach einem fein gemixten Aperitif im toll gestalteten Bistro (das sich auch sehr gut für einen kleinen Snack anbietet) verlässt man die moderne neue Welt und taucht ein in die Vergangenheit Schwerins... baulich natürlich!Ein außergewöhnliches historisches Gewölbe, top restauriert, bietet den beiden Küchenchefs vor Ort eine Bühne, die ihresgleichen in Schwerin und größerem Umkreis suchen muss. Professionell empfangen und gesetzt spannt sich so eine Erwartungshaltung, die sich in dem Moment, wenn die ersten von mehreren Grüßen aus der Küche serviert werden, löst. Und wie!Die neuen Chefs Bell und Moots sind ein absoluter Glücksgriff und zaubern Menüs, von denen man noch in rot eingebundenen Führern im November lesen wird! Wir genossen an zwei Abenden hintereinander beide Menüs vollumfänglich, wobei die in Summe 10 Gänge noch von diversen 'vor', 'mittendrin' und 'vor dem Abschluss' Grüßen begleitet wurden. Ich möchte hier keine Menü-Details von Gänseleberpastete, Taubenbrust und Jacobsmuschel strapazieren, aber alles war filigran angerichtet, bestens abgestimmt und von bester Qualität. Man legt da wo es geht Wert auf regionale Qualität. Sehr gut. Die Fotos auf der Homepage geben einen ersten Eindruck, der auch unbedingt gehalten wird.Erwähnenswert weiterhin die wirklich ausgezeichnete Weinbegleitung, die unbedingt gewählt werden sollte. Es lohnt sich nämlich auch mal etwas Neues zu probieren. Und im Weinhaus Uhle, wen wundert's, kennt man sich mit Wein aus.Das alles macht noch mehr Spaß, wenn man von gelernten Fachkräften bedient wird. So im Uhle, das junge Team ist komplett vom Fach, aufmerksam und passt sich dem Gast an. Locker, wenn gewollt, aber auch formal stets korrekt! In der Gastronomie in den östlichen Bundesländern ist das leider nicht überall so, hier im Uhle aber wirklich alles bestens. Auch der Barkeeper ist hier ausdrücklich eingeschlossen! Wie wir erfuhren waren einige der guten Geister sogar noch ziemlich neu im Haus.... wir haben es nicht bemerkt. Spricht ja auch für Profis...Man muss schon sagen, das Familie Frymark hier einen Ort geschaffen hat, der das Potential hat, auch einen überregionalen Gästekreis nach Schwerin zu holen. Auch ohne irgendwelche Musicals und Sondermenüs. Wir werden das beobachten, sicher auch wiederholt vor Ort.Schade war, wenn überhaupt irgendwas, das die Eigentümer nicht vor Ort waren; nicht weil irgendwas nicht vom Team gelöst wurde, nein, nur, weil ich sie gern kennengelernt hätte. Aber das kann man ja nachholen.Klare und ausdrückliche Empfehlung! Übrigens ebenso für das Hotel, das ich separat beschreibe.Danke an das gesamte Team für ein sehr schönes Wochenende!"
