"We were received by Jean Daniel the waiter of the restaurant who really took great care of us and who went out of his way to make our meal as pleasant as possible, he took me to the butcher's section to choose my meat with the perfect cooking as I wanted and it was a real delight accompanied by a wine that he personally chose, I gave him carte blanche and I was not disappointed, he showed REAL professionalism, pleasant and always smiling that we can meet today. I recommend with my eyes closed"
