of what I have read is currywurst usually a streetfood, something to eat on the curse, but here you have the chance to enjoy it in one of the hamburg restaurants.

on our journey to Germany we had currywurst in berlin and were impressed. we didn't know it could be better until we visited edelcurry in hamburg. that was better, and the sauce was more so eaten than what we had in berlin. .

As a self confessed currywurst fans we loved this restaurant. Simple concept, options of currywurst burgers done well in a restaurant with tables beers on offer too!! Service was good, beers were cold of course the currywurst excellent!!! Highly recommend!! Ver carta

This is a simple little café in Hamburg. It is great if you want to stop off for a snack but don't want to wait too long. Their menu is simple - mostly bratwurst/currywurst and chips. You can have beer and wine with the food. We had some nice pinot grigio and whilst there isn't much to choose from, what they have is good quality and staff are pleasant.

very delicious traditional German speciality! the currywurst with pommes are available here in many different variations, also a vegetarian option! I took the classic curry sausage, which cost about 4-5 euro without pommes. a kind of expensive for just one, but the taste makes them forget about the price very quickly. also the vegetarian sausage tasted and the taste came very close to the original. take a beer on the side to complete this. very friendly service also here, definitely recommended!

My wife and i both love currywurst and when i Germany we try to eat as many as we can lol. We can across Edelcurry from trip advisor and we couldn't fault it. The service was swift and efficient, we weren't offered English menus but...we knew what we wanted before arriving. We got a table that allowed us to see into the kitchen. The food arrived in a good time, was piping hot and very very tasty. The chips were double cooked, something you certainly don't get from the street vendors. The wurst itself was lovely and the sauce superb. If you love currywurst then you have to visit. Ver carta
